Terms of Service

AdSpace Market is a marketplace that connects owners and lessees of outdoor advertising sites (“Owners”) with businesses that want to rent them (“Advertisers”). We facilitate discovery, booking, the booking agreement, payment collection, printing coordination and payouts. The rental itself is between the Owner and the Advertiser, under the booking agreement both sign on the site.

Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

By listing a site you confirm that you legally own or lease it, that it isn't on an illegal, encroached or prohibited structure, and that it holds a valid advertisement permit for the whole period you offer it. We check permits before a listing goes live and remove listings whose permit has expired. We may refuse or remove any listing we believe is non-compliant.

Owners receive the rent for each paid booking minus our platform commission, paid to the bank account in their profile after the Advertiser's payment is received.

A booking is confirmed only after the Owner accepts it, both parties sign the booking agreement, and payment is received. You're responsible for your creative: it must be lawful, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must follow applicable advertising standards. The Owner may refuse creative that breaks local rules.

Payments are processed by Razorpay or made by bank transfer to our account. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you book; GST is added where applicable. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may not list or advertise anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property, and you may not misuse the site (scraping, fraud, interfering with its operation).

Footfall, reach and impression figures are estimates for planning only and aren't guaranteed. The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including for fraudulent listings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
