Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone, a hash of your password); business details sellers add (business name, GSTIN, address, payout bank account); listing data (location, photos, permits and ownership documents); booking data (dates, prices, agreement signatures, messages, artwork files); and technical data such as IP address, used for security and abuse prevention.

To run the marketplace: accounts, listings, bookings, agreements, payments, printing, payouts, and emails about your account and bookings. We use AI services to help match advertisers to sites and to read permit documents for our reviewers. We don't sell your personal data.

When a booking is requested, the Owner and Advertiser see each other's name, email and phone so they can coordinate. Payments go through Razorpay, which handles card and UPI details under its own policy. Files are stored with our cloud storage provider, and emails are sent through our email provider. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

We use one cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's storage to remember your theme. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards as long as needed for tax, legal and dispute obligations (for example, payment and agreement records).

You can view and correct your details from your profile. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account, subject to records we must keep by law.

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and access is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we'll tell you if a breach affects your data.
